Engage
Through creative processes, our Engage programme aims to connect different groups of people (within an organisation, sector or community) with others, and/or with certain concepts. For example, young people getting involved in the Cultural Olympiad; call centre staff contributing and responding to a new corporate strategy; or two disparate sub-communities within a wider geographical location working together to improve and enhance community spirit.
Engage projects can run over a period of 6–12 months or more, and often happen in phases of activity, such as consultation, research & development, engagement, and celebration.
Future Creative can also provide a three-day partnership building event, which can be extremely useful at the beginning of multi-stakeholder programmes or as part of organisational restructure processes.
