Deal Festival of Music and the Arts - Outreach Programme: SPLASH, BANG, WALLOP!
On Saturday 17th July the City of London Sinfonia are holding a family concert at 3pm in St George’s Church, Deal called ‘Splash, Bang, Wallop!’ as part of the Deal Festival of Music and Arts.
Future Creative is offering a great opportunity for children at your school to get involved and have teamed up with singer and musician Nicola Vella on a schools outreach programme for all schools in Deal, Sandwich and rural areas, in the weeks leading up to the concert. At the concert children will be invited to help the orchestra to lead their families to sing some local Sea Shanties. Nicola would like to come to your school to lead a workshop or assembly to teach these songs. These workshops are free of charge.
Nicola is offering sessions to schools between Monday 28th June to Friday 16th July. Please contact Julie as soon as possible to book a place for your school!
